Iowa Telecom Internet Account Changes

Change Your IowaTelecom.net Password

If you are an iowatelecom.net customer of any type (dial up, additional e-mail, etc.), you can change your account password quickly and easily online.

Information such as Real Name, Address, Home Phone Number, etc. must be changed by contacting our Technical Support group toll free at 1-888-214-3839; 24 hours a day.


Step One - Provide your current username and password

To begin, you must provide us with your current username and password so that we can validate who you really are. Your username is the first half of your e-mail address ( e.g., if your e-mail address is jim@iowatelecom.net, your username would be "jim") and your password is either the one you use to dial up with or to check your e-mail.

Step Two - Provide a new password

Now provide the new password you would like to use. You will need to type it twice (for verification purposes).

Both fields will fill with asterisks (***) when you type. Passwords must be between 6 and 16 characters in length. Any typable character is allowed and is encouraged (numbers, special characters like @$^&(), etc.) to make the password more difficult to guess.

Step Three - Submit changes

Press the "Update" button and save your changes. Changing password information can take a few moments, so please click on the "Update" button only once and be patient.
